Mindora is a studio specializing in website design and development, offering services that include, for example: websites for restaurants and cafes, real estate company websites, general business websites, and online stores. The details of each project (scope, duration, price) are agreed upon separately with each client before starting.
The scope of work, cost, and timeline for each project are determined by a written agreement or one sent via WhatsApp/email before launch. Any modification request outside the previously agreed scope may be subject to an additional cost after coordination with the client.
After the final delivery is completed and the full project value is received, ownership of the website (design and custom content) transfers fully to the client. Mindora retains the right to showcase the project as a sample of its work within its own portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
We provide a follow-up and support period after launch as agreed upon for each project. Any modification requests or additional features after the agreed support period ends are handled as a separate request.
We do our best to provide a website free of technical errors, but we cannot guarantee the website will be 100% free of interruption or error at all times (especially matters outside our control such as hosting issues or third-party services). Mindora is not responsible for any indirect loss resulting from use of the website.
Our website or the projects we build may contain links to external websites or platforms (such as WhatsApp or Instagram). Mindora is not responsible for the content or policies of these external sites.
